Cory Boyd PTS - CPR

Cory is an avid body-builder and is a Personal Trainer.   Stay tuned for more bio.  Cory ‘s certification is with CanFitPro and the Advanced Academy of Natural Nutrition .  Cory will train one on one, small groups and TRX, Brazilian Butt Workout and more.

Judith Moore: PTS  OAS  AIS   CPR   & Therapeutic Laser Clinician

Judith, Owner of TheraMed Fitness & Longetvity Centre. (formerly MFC) has a comprehensive background in Nutrition and Fitness and is PTS Can-Fit-Pro Certified and OAS (Older Adult Fitness Specialist) Can-Fit-Pro Certified.
