OUR  EDGE

 

 

MFC is a unique and personalized fitness centre.  The music is never overwhelming, at least one certified personal trainer is on site during our main hours, the front weight room is equipped with a training circuit of great machines, free weights and treadmills for warming up.  Our cardio room and change rooms are in the rear of the building.  Members are also offered a courtesy discount at Spa-Merrickville, located on the second floor.  All of the massages and acupressure treatments are conducted in the privacy and comfort of the Spa.

 

Our ability to assist you in your goals from weight loss to healthy active aging and repair of the body has many testimonials and ongoing success stories.
