Hyper Extension Bench

Weight Training - The weights section contains both free weights and cable machines to work every muscle group without having to move heavy weight plates.   And trainers are always on hand to supervise your workout and help you maximize your results.

Chin Up and Dipping Bars - Great for working the back, biceps, and forearms.

Preacher Bench - Designed for working the biceps, with an angled pad that prevents you from swinging the weight so you can isolate the bicep muscles.

 

The Leg Press is the best machine for leg exercises. You can safely lift heavy weights without worrying about slipping or falling. It places less stress on the lower back and knees then squats.

The Hack Squat Machine is a good variation of the traditional barbell squat and is good for developing the outer sweep of the thighs.

Leg Extension Machine - For isolating the quadriceps and warming up the knee joints. Can be used for pre-exhausting the quadriceps before moving on to squats or leg presses.

The Leg Curl Machine:

One of the best hamstring exercises.

Seated Calf Machine

Standing Calf Machine

The Standing Calf targets the upper calf muscles (gastrocnemius) and the Seated Calf  works the lower calf muscles (soleus).

There are two types of calf machines:                

Standing and Seated

Cable Cross Over Machine

This machine works the inner thighs (adduction) and the outer thighs (abduction).
